Pink Glove (ABN 28 828 732 481) is a commercial cleaning business based in Bayswater, Victoria, servicing Melbourne's eastern suburbs. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Pink Glove.

What we collect

• Quote requests — your name, business name, phone number, email address, suburb and details about the site or service you need, when you submit our quote form, call us or message us on WhatsApp.
• Job applications — your name, contact details, suburb, availability, work rights and experience, if you apply to work with us.
• Website data — basic technical information such as the page you arrived on, the source that referred you (for example a search engine or an ad), and your device type. This is stored in your own browser and only reaches us if you submit a form.

We only collect information you choose to give us. You can browse this website without providing any personal information.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare your quote.
• To deliver and manage cleaning services you engage us for.
• To consider your job application.
• To understand which channels bring us enquiries, so we can improve how we reach customers.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing emails without your consent, and any commercial email we send includes a working unsubscribe option, as required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

How it is stored

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored in business tools we use to run Pink Glove — including Google Workspace (Google Sheets) and our website hosting provider, Vercel. These providers may store data on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States. We limit access to this information to the people who need it to respond to you.

When we share it

We only share personal information with service providers that help us operate (such as the hosting and productivity tools named above), or where the law requires us to. Nothing is shared for third-party marketing.

Analytics and cookies

We may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use this website in aggregate — pages visited, time on site and traffic sources. Analytics data does not identify you personally, and you can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting how the website works.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy concern, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
